LWR Quilters

Creating quilts is what this group does! Taking leftover pieces of donated fabric, they skillfully create quilted masterpieces for Lutheran World Relief. Once a year, these quilts are collected and sent around the world to give people warmth physically and spiritually. Watch the calendar to see the time & date of the next quilting gathering.

Altar Guild

Women of the Altar Guild prepare and maintain the altar area for worship, including altar flowers, communion ware, candles and seasonal decor.  This group gets together each month.

Secret Angels

Years ago a group of women decided it would be fun to randomly draw names and take on the joy of being an "angel" to that person for one year. At the end of the year, angels are revealed and new ones are selected.  The program now includes the home-bound members of the congregation. " Angels"  pray for their charges, send notes of encouragement, and do whatever might help with their spiritual care. If this is a ministry you would like to be part of contact the Church Office.
